Job Title: Pool Monitor

Job Type: Part Time

Reports To: Activity Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking an engaging, attentive, and approachable individual to help create a fun swim experience for our participants and their families. This role is responsible for overseeing the overall swim lesson experience, maintaining a safe and well-managed pool deck, supporting and mentoring swim instructors, and delivering high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure and manage staff provide a high-quality swim experience
• Oversee all Swim level programming in the club
• Provide leadership & coaching to staff and swim participants when applicable 
• Advance swim lesson participants to the next level when necessary
• Oversee and maintain a safe and clean pool deck

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience
• Adaptable to a busy work environment
• Proficient communication skills
• Mature and confident ability to work with all age groups and diverse backgrounds
• Physically fit, strong, agile, and dexterous.
• Able to sit or stand for extended periods
• Ability to bend, lift, carry, or maneuver children
• Able to be outdoors the majority of the shift
• Availability to work evenings

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to work as a team and be able to inspect and provide feedback
• Previous Courthouse Swim Experience, preferred but not required
• CPR and First Aid certification.

Courthouse Club Hours - 

• Monday - Friday: 5:00a - 11:00p
• Saturday - Sunday: 7:00a - 9:00p
